Gluten Free Pork Chops Crockpot Recipe

I'm frequently asked for ideas for foods to add into slow cooker meals.
This is a SUPER SIMPLE healthy meal!
Prep time is almost nothing!
AND this meal is Gluten Free!

Place INGREDIENTS in Crockpot iconin Order listed below:


1 can Progresso French Onion Soup 18.5oz (Gluten Free!)
1 can water (use the empty Progresso can)
1 1/2 lbs thin sliced Pork Chops
1 1/2 lbs Melissa's Dutch Yellow PeeWee Potatoes (can be found at Wegmans)
1 1/2 lbs cubed Butternut Squash
8oz sliced fresh Mushrooms
(fills my 2 cup Pyrexiconmeasuring cup to the brim)
1 stick Butter (optional)
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

COOK in Crockpot on LOW for 8 hours
OR on HI for 4 hours

Serve in large bowl
